Life has a way of gradually filling up. Work demands grow, children require more time and attention, and the daily responsibilities of running a home can quickly consume our days. For many couples, the result is emotional distance in their marriage, even as they work well together, or in parallel, to manage all the responsibilities and tasks.

In this installment of the Conversations that Connect series – Connecting in the Midst of Busy Lives – couples step back from the pace of daily responsibilities and reconnect with each other, using the story that brought them together. Every relationship has a unique love story.

Without intentional nurturing, the vibrancy of this love fades more than it has to. Through practical teaching and private conversation, couples will reflect on the impact busyness has on their relationship and discover simple and sustainable practices that help to reconnect with their love story even in the midst of full and demanding lives.
